Pre-Production

Is the process and planning around the elements involved in a film and television show as distinct from production and post-production. Pre-production ends when the principle photography begins. Principle photography is the actually shooting of the film (also known as the production phase).

Production

Production – also known as Principle Photography, is when the films are created and shot. In this phase, various key elements are setup and planned to keep the crew and production on track. The primary aim is to stick to the budget and schedule, which requires constant vigilance. More crew will be recruited at this stage, such as the property master, script supervisor, assistant directors, stills photographer, picture editor, and sound editors.

Post-Production

Is part of the process of filmmaking, video production, audio production, and photography. Post-production includes all stages of production occurring after principal photography or recording individual program segments
